Our butcher "Freche Matnik" offers many pieces of red meat (beef, horse, pig and goat) and poultry from local livestock.

There is also a catering service with different specialties prepared on site : smoked rabbit, puddings, chicken sleeves, green soups and various meats, savory pies, potted meat and sausages (merguez, sausage, chipolatas…).

We recommend our flagship : Sausage Perrine. A delicately exotic smoke sausage, prepared and seasoned by us. A real treat !

A control service is also available to you. To book your products and to take better account of your requirements, we recommend you order 24 hours in advance to 0596 422 052.

The butchery is open :

  • Wednesday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 and,
  • Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m..
